Tonight’s fresh catch is North Carolina mahi-mahi, with local sunchokes, baby carrots, beech mushrooms, roasted cauliflower, and local arugula in a local spring onion broth. Be sure to call ahead for seating!
Today’s lunch special is a seared diver scallops with local herbs and greens, micros, radish, carrot, fennel, beets, Three Graces chèvre and Meyer lemon vin.
Local sunchoke veloute, slow poached Maine lobster, uni butter toast.
