Sunburst Trout Farms trout with foraged mushrooms, smoked bacon, market greens and vegetables, and local herb pistou

Jilton Vegetarian with regional heirloom grains, local vegetables, citrus panko fried local goat cheese, and saba


Fried peach hand pie with candied pink peppercorn and star anise ice cream
