Happy New Year! Thank you for a great 2010, and we look forward to an even better 2011. We will be closed for renovations and improvements from January 1 through January 5th, and will reopen on the 6th. Since no one will be answering the phones during this time reservations for when we reopen can be made online. We are excited about the upcoming changes and can’t wait to hear your feedback.

Gourmet and Company Bar Manager Todd Kilbourn was featured in an article by Dr. Colleen Noe in the Johnson City Press recently. We would like to congratulate Todd on this honor, and also thank Dr. Noe for thinking of us. We truly appreciate our customers and strive to be a place for people to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company – along with some great food and drink.

Chef Kramer on Daytime Tri-Cities

Chef Kramer appeared on WJHL/CBS today on Daytime Tri-Cities with Heather Halsey of Second Chance Farms and the Jonesborough Farmer’s Market. Chef Kramer prepared mountain trout with fingerling potatoes, Swiss chard, and a cucumber, tomato and herb salad. All the vegetables for this used today came from Heather Halsey’s local farm. This dish will be on the new menu that Chef Kramer will be introducing at the restaurant later this week. Check back soon for the recipe of the dish that was prepared on the show. And a special thanks to Amy Lynn, Morgan King, and WJHL for this opportunity.
